The Great Cloth Diaper Change Vendor Form

We are SO excited to be having this worldwide event here in Memphis. We have had great turnouts the last few years, and LOTS of fun as well! We hope you'll find it an easy, relaxed and happy environment that turns out to be advantageous for your business or mission!
We are expecting to reach a significant increase individuals this year, as we intend to draw those new and interested in cloth diapering from the international #MakeClothMainstream Challenge, as well as those who would be considered cloth diapering veterans!
The Great Cloth Diaper Change will occur on Saturday, April 18th at The Cordova Community Center on Sanga Road. Vendors will be allowed in to set up at 9:30 am, with the doors opening at 10:30 am for participants. The event usually lasts about 3 hours, so expect to be there until around 12:30. The vendor fee is $25 for a eight foot table at the event. Payment will be accepted via paypal redirect after this form is submitted, or via check (made out to Angela Jenkins). Please indicate in the comments if check is being mailed to the below address.
We will be having BIG giveaways at the end of the event, which is an amazing way to advertise for your business. If you would like to donate a giveaway item (encouraged, though not required), send or drop off the items by Saturday, April 11th.
